The Irish Educational Publishers Association (IEPA) is the legal owner and operator of this website and unless stated otherwise all content and rights belong to the IEPA and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. All rights are reserved by the IEPA.

You accept that all rights in and to, all copyrights, know-how and other intellectual property rights relating to members' products are and shall remain their property. You will not at any time do, or cause to be done, any act or thing that impairs or infringes these rights.

You may enter this website and use the information held within. You cannot reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, distribute or transmit information held within this website in any way. You may not delete or modify information or use information for any unauthorised purpose, as this is a violation of our copyright, and others’ proprietary rights.

Terms and conditions and all contracts under these terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
